特 點：本機是把LS-5高速鉚合機和YX-JC-6型全自動檢測機經優化設計，有機連接而成。其工作流程是：原料蓋經鉚合機鉚合后，由過渡轉盤運送到檢測機上，進行全面檢測，剔除缺損蓋、空蓋、鋁屑、油污蓋、色差蓋、商標混淆蓋等，合格蓋可計數并自動分箱。整機實現同步運轉、集中控制，直徑20mm及以下瓶蓋產量每小時4萬2千只以上，單人即可操作。
因瓶蓋整個鉚合、檢測過程只經過一次振動盤理料，所以減少磨損、減少鋁屑產生，同時提高正品率，兩道工序集中完成，也極大的節約空間、能源和人工。

Technical Features:
This machine adopt our newest technology, has assembling and inspecting function combined, which is suitable for various types flip off caps. For 20mm flip off cap, Minimum speed is 42,000pcs/hr. The separated plastic & aluminum parts firstly go through auto hopper, run into assembly machine to make flip off caps. Then assembled flip off caps go to inspection machine through lining plate, the defective caps will be rejected automatically, qualified caps will be counted and go to packaging containers.
This machine makes material feeding & assembling & inspection & counting fully automatic. It helps to increase production efficiency, save occupied area and reduce working process. Which is specially suitable equipment for mass, efficient and high quality production on various flip off caps.
